To everyone at All American Supply,
My sincerest thanks go out to Peter and everyone at All American Supply. We have been in business for 30 years now and have dealt with many equipment manufacturers and suppliers over the years. I could not be happier with my decision to purchase a new Flexi-Jet 4800 printer. From sales to installation and support the process has been an excellent experience. My new Flexi-Jet worked perfectly right from the start and the minor technical issues I had during setup were handled quickly and professionally. We were not forgotten about after the sale either. Ben Crawford has been instrumental in helping me streamline the process and has given great advice on using this machine. I know from my experience that everyone at All American was interested in helping me get started with my new machine. Of all the equipment we have purchased through the years our new Flexi-Jet was the easiest to get started with. It began making money right out of the box. The first samples we printed make selling shirts from this machine a piece of cake. I could not be happier with this great new piece of technology. I look forward to the day when I can purchase another. Thank you again for all your help and expertise.

I have been in the digital transfer business for 3 years. I carefully looked at three top players in this industry (at least in my opinion). The T Jet II, the Brother machine and finally the Flexi Jet!
I truly believe that the Flexi Jet is THE PRINTER OF THE CENTURY! The main concern is to KNOW YOUR GRAPHICS programs well as this is not a “plug and print” computer. That being said, after learning the ins and outs of your graphics program—this printer is absolutely marvelous!
The colors that can be achieved are stunning! Flesh tones are the best I have seen! Can’t do that with a screen print! I was so excited about this printer that I bought the Extended model and worth every dollar!
Now as to showing the printer to prospects—Peter, send them my way. I will do whatever I can to help! (Was glad I came to the class, too!)
Thanks

We love our Flexi-jet L. One of the strengths of the flexi-jet is its ink. We had an order for 50 shirts which we were able to knock out quickly. We were able to adjust the graphic size for the four different sized shirts and it printed without a hitch. We shipped the shirts to our customer and along the way something got spilled on the box. Of course the customer was unhappy, but willing to wash the shirts which were “stained” They washed about 10 of the brand new shirts. Unfortunately not all of the stains came out. So they then bleached the ones which hadn’t come clean. Still some stains. They then “sun bleached” the last ones to get the stains completely out. Finally a full order of clean shirts. As the printer I was worried. They took 10 shirts and ran them through two wash cycles, once with bleach. Then they took five of those an left them in the hot sun of Phoenix for three days. How could the ink hold up?
Wonderfully. With all the shirts done, they compared the washed, bleached and sun soaked shirts to the others and found no difference! Now that is some great ink!
We are also willing to show our flexi-jet to prospective customers.

Good evening Peter. Thank You for contacting us. However, we did buy a Flexi-Jet extended Model from you before the Las Vegas show. I
absolutely LOVE IT! We are currently buying all our supplies from Dan. He is a tremendous guy! It was actually because of Dan and his input on the forum that we decided to purchase the Flexi-jet. After seeing it in
operation, i knew it was the right one. Still learning...But doing great.
— Thank you Rita |

| I just wanted to say if you get a chance to go to an ISS in your area please do, and hopefully the whole gang will be there.
I met Mark and Brett who are great people to discuss issues and future things to come and they truely believe in your success with the flexijet. Their always thinking of ways to improve the system. They might not be the first line of support, but I assure you they are hard at working some of the problems out and trying to figure out what is causing the problems. They will help you out, all they can and will discuss any issues needed. For one example, I discussed using dye sub ink with Mark where the white ink goes, since I don't have the market for white ink. His thoughts was it's possible but they want to do some testing when the two different types of inks come in contact on the print head and make sure it doesn't make a jel and clog or ruin the print heads. Just think of poly sport shirt printed directly with the flexi or any other poly substrates.
Fred the RIP guy, what can I say about him, NOTHING Let's move on. No, he is one person that wants to create the best software for the flexi and will take all suggestions for improvement. We discussed issues with certain colors and he explained issues with the process and gave me the contact of who to discuss the issue with. Get a chance to meet him and you'll come away laughing, no pun intended
Peter and the DDM group are great people to meet and get to know. I assure you, Peter wants to see you succeed and make money with the Flexi. He will go out of his way to help you. I would like to thank him for the dinner and drinks that we had on the second night. If you don't know, on the second night of the shows, Peter treats all the users of the Flexi to dinner. DDM will give you all the support needed with problems.
Dan the FLEXI-MAN, this is one person you need to meet and a great asset to the Flexi users. A great guy who will help you out with any problems, anytime. I think he's seen all the problems that have occured with the flexi. We were discussing of when he first got his flexi-jet and the problems that he was having and how he got on a forum wanting to sell his, but thankfully he didn't and decided to fix and share the solution to solve the problem. Now, he's a distributor and it's well deserved for the flexi community.
Meeting the other flexi users was really great and sharing ideas. It was also fun promoting the flexi product with them to future flexi owners.
I just wanted all users know that we all have problems and some have more than others, but nothing is perfect and rest assure the problem will get fixed. It might not get fixed at that moment, but they will be working on it for the solution. I know some get frustrated at the time it happens on a large run, but a call of help to other flexi users could save the day until your problem gets fixed. We have one of the best product offered in this market and it showed with all the possible buyers that was around the showroom floor, you couldn't move around sometimes.

| Hello All,
I want to echo Michaels sentiments. We met him at the All American Display. At times, there were more people than you could count. I think the Flexi owners that were present did as much to sell and promote this wonderful product as the sales staff did!!!
Unfortunately, we were not able to attend the dinner, which I PROMISE we will next year, Peter!!!!
I was able to get on my freinds roof that night and get about 2 hours of help to him, and Sandi came back and was able to get some work done... she has both her Flexi and her embroidery machine going as I type this!!!!
Mark and Brett are awesome, and WELCOME suggestions... dont be afraid to offer your ideas as users.
Peter, what can we say about Peter..... in spite of himself, he is an AVID Supporter, Promoter and Champion of this machine. His UNBRIDLED ( and for those present, back me up on this) enthusiasm is unparalled. Yet, he would yield the floor to a Flexi owner, relying on that most special of sales techniques, POSITIVE TESTIMONIAL FROM AN OWNER. Peter, you aer a very savvy and special individual. NEXT YEAR, we dine and drink!!!
Didnt get to meet Fred, even went to the SWF booth, where I was told he MIGHT be, and they looked at me like I was from MARS. In Fact, I stood there for several minutes, and not ONE SWF rep came over to talk to me.
I wasnt at the All American booth for 30 secinds before someone came and said HELLO. When the realized we were owners, it was like OLD HOME WEEK!!!
And, again, to echo Michael, Dan Salgado is THE MAN ( he knows that, but still likes to hear that). 5 mintues with him, and I am ready to use the Dan Method of printing white. He just EXUDES confidence!!!
Thanks to everyone, and BEST OF LUCK to all owners!!!
Michael and Sandi Biskie
