All American warrants to the first owner of each new Flexi-Jet direct to garment printer that such product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations set forth below.  IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ALL AMERICAN HEREBY DISCLAIMS, THE OBLIGATIONS OF ALL AMERICAN UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. All American will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, any product, component of its product, excluding the print head, within 12 months after invoicing.
2. This warranty does not apply to damage incurred in shipment.  Damage incurred in shipment should be reported to the designated carrier.  It is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure arrival in undamaged condition.
3. This warranty is not for onsite repair and is considered a “depot” warranty, requiring the unit to be returned to All American for repair.
4. This warranty applies only if the product or component proves to be defective under conditions of normal use.  It does not apply to breakage or to defects resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or improper installation.
5. This warranty is void if the ink, ink cartridges or chemical solutions used have not been supplied by All American, DDM or an authorized distributor.
6. This warranty does not include installation of the product or component.
7. Prior to any return of a product or component, Buyer must receive written authorization to do so from All American.  After written authorization, Buyer shall return the defective product or component freight prepaid. The product must be carefully packed in the original packaging and insured with the carrier for damage.
8. This warranty is effective only if the product or component is installed in a location and manner prescribed by All American’s instructions and only if it is maintained in accordance therewith.  This warranty shall become ineffective if the product or component is altered by anyone other than All American employees or our authorized service agents.  All American neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than as specified herein.
9. Cancellations or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
10. Damages to electronics and electric parts due to voltage fluctuations above 125 volts are not covered
11. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original owner.
12. This warranty shall be considered VOID if any service or repairs are performed by a service center not authorized by All American.
    

ALL AMERICAN WILL IN NO CASE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT OR COMMISSION, OR FOR LOSS OR DELAY IN PRODUCTION.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, All American will not be liable with respect to furnishing or delay in furnishing any product or component, the use, resale or other disposition thereof, failure to furnish the same, or any other cause.  All American liability arising out of the supply of any product or component, its use, resale or other disposition, or out of any guarantee or warranty, express or implied, or any other cause shall in no case exceed the cost to All American of the product or component which All American has agreed to supply.  All liability of All American with respect to any product or component shall terminate upon the expiration of the twelve month period described above.
-Failure to give notice of a warranty claim within 30 days from discovery of the defect or to demand arbitration within one year thereafter shall constitute a waiver of all claims by Buyer with respect thereto.
-Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to transactions or orders or breach thereof, including breach of warranty, shall be settled by arbitration in Philadelphia, PA, pursuant to the rules of American Arbitration Association.  Any award made against All American shall be limited as provided above.  Judgment upon award rendered by arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  However, at All Americans option, this paragraph shall not apply to collection by All American of the price of any product sold or any action related thereto.

Warranty Information for Subsequent owners of Flexi Jet Digital ink jet machines

Subsequent/other than original owners of the Flexi Jet must have the Flexi Jet certified by our authorized distributor service centers if outside the US. Domestic customers in the US must send the machine to All American. To have the unit certified you must send it to the authorized distributor service center or All American. Shipping to and from the service location is at the users expense. Once at the service center there is a mandatory $75 diagnosis fee. At that point the service center will quote any repairs needed to get the machine back to certified condition if that is possible.

Once the machine is restored to certified condition you have the option to purchase a one or two year warranty for the machine that is then registered to you from the time it leaves the service center. The cost of the warranty is $1,495.00 for one year of coverage, $2,695.00 for two. With the certification of the machine and purchase of the warranty the owner will be entitled to unlimited phone or email based support.

If in our opinion, the machine is damaged to a point that it is not possible to certify it to our standards, we may not warrant the machine.

Support is for solving problems and is not for training, please consult the equipment manual for information. Manuals for the software and hardware are available at additional cost. Instruction or training in basic computer use or graphics programs like Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw is not support and will not be provided.

All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and must be done via freight line. Shipping by package service like UPS, FedX or others is not recommended as there is a very high chance of the machine being damaged beyond repair. The shipment must be strapped on a pallet in the original packaging to reduce potential for damage in shipping.
